To request approval of the attached resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for
Water & Sanitary Sewage Services with WASD for Fire Station No. 13, B -60453A.
Background Information:
The City of Miami (City) intends to construct and connect a fire station with adult congregate living
facilities for 8 persons. WASD calculates the estimated capacity needed for the project and a connection
charge based on the agreed average total daily gallonage of 800 gallons. The combined water and sewer
connection charge is $5,592.00, due to WASD after construction is completed and a water meter is
installed. Funds are to be allocated from Award No. 1367- Homeland Defense Bonds Series 2.
