Information: Park Place Associates, LLC, Bayview Towers Associates, LLC, and Madison Downtown Condominium Association, Inc, the owners of land at 915 Northwest 1St Avenue and 800 North Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida, have offered to dedicate land as public right-of-way to accomplish the expansion of Northwest 9ch Street between North Miami Avenue and Northwest I" Avenue, Miami, Florida. The Department of Public Works supports the expansion of Northwest 9lh Street at this location since it is consistent with the Northwest 9 Street Mall concept contained within the Southeast Overtown/Park West redevelopment plan.
