WITNESSETH GRANTOR, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, for the purpose of a public highway and/or road and purposes incidental thereto, does hereby remises, releases and quit -claims unto Grantee, and Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever, all of the right, title, interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in the following property located in Miami -Dade County, Florida ("Property"), to wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. The Property being conveyed by this Right of Way Deed is one and the same as the property described as the "North Property" under Section 21.11 of that certain Declaration of Condominium of the Madison at Downtown Condominium ("Condominium") recorded November 17, 2006 in Official Records Book 25108, Page 3034, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida ("Declaration"). This Right of Way Deed is being executed and delivered by Grantor on its own behalf and as agent and attorney-in-fact for all of the unit owners of the Condominium pursuant to the authority and power of attorney granted to it under Section 21.11 of the Declaration.
