Federal regulations governing Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") and other U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development ("HUD") programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of, and an
opportunity to comment on, any amendments to funding of HUD programs. The public is advised of the proposed amendment(s) to
the funding of the City program(s)indicated below: ' f $:
1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $150,000 from the Affordable Housing
Trust Funds for payment of outstanding property taxes for the properties located at 1301 Northeast 111"' Street, 11115
Northeast 1 e Avenue, 1075 Northeast 149 h Street, 1095-97 Northeast 149"' Street and 13950-52 Northeast 11'h Avenue.
2. Discussion and proposed resolution rescinding Resolution No. 09-0105 that authorized the conveyance of sites located at 1301
Northeast 111"' Street, 11115 Northeast 13`h Avenue, 1075 Northeast 149"' Street, 1095-97 Northeast 1490, Street, 13950-52
Northeast 11"' Avenue back to the City of Miami from Miami Beach Community Development Corporation and allocation of
$500,000 from Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program funds provided for the
rehabilitation of the properties.
3. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of City of Miami Department of Community Development ("CD")
CDBG program income funds in the amount of $200,000 to the City of Miami Neighborhood Enhancement Team ("NET") for
removal of graffiti in targeted areas of the City of Miami as part of the City's Graffiti Mitigation Program. .
The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to drafU amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan.
t This hem(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins Tuesday, January 12, 2010 and
ends Wednesday, February 10, 2010. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, February 11, 2010 (public hearing).

Comments to the amendments must be submitted in writing to: 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33130: Attn: Natasha T. Bordes, and must be received
no later than February 10, 2010. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for
special accommodations may be directed to the Department of Community Development at (305) 416-2080 no less than three (3) business days prior to the Public Hearing
date.
