THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT
REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-3
MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD -12 SPECIAL
BUFFER OVERLAY DISTRICTS TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL.
Purpose: This will change the above property to C-1 Restricted Commercial.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Note: The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval of the Land Use Change on May
21, 2008 by a vote of 5-3.
