Purpose: This will change the above property to C-1 Restricted Commercial. Findings: Planning Department: Recommended denial. Analysis: See supporting documentation. Note: The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval of the Land Use Change on May 21, 2008 by a vote of 5-3. Zoning Board: June 9, 2008
