COMMERCIAL, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
2744 SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
Purpose: This will change the above property to "C-1" Restricted Commercial. The
applicant will proffer a covenant for this property.
