AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY
COMMISSION, OF THE CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING
FOR PUBLIC USE AN EASEMENT LOCATED EAST OF NORTHWEST 2ND AVENUE
FROM NORTHWEST 3RD STREET TO NORTHWEST 4TH STREET, LEGALLY
DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED "G/1" GOVERNMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL.
