METRO APARTMENTS 1.000 NW I" Avenue SD -169 SD -16.2 SOUTHEAST :OVERTOWN-PARK WEST COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS APPLICATION FOR CITY COMMISSION SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING ORDINANCE 11000 and THE CITY CODE, AS AMENDED, AND TO ALL APPLICABLE CRITERIA, CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR OTHER REGULATIONS. The proposed development "Metro Apartments" consists of a new building of affordable housing (94 units) with commercial areas (4,000 sq ft) at the ground floor and parking garage with 117 parking stalls and three (3) required loading docks from 12' by 35' to 10' by 20'. The Mixed Use Residential Building Structures will have a maximum height of 144 feet 1 inches AGL at the top of elevator roof. Pursuant to Zoning Ordinance 11000, as amended Supplement 16, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, the subject proposal for Metro Apartments at 152 NW 8t" Street, Miami, Florida, has been submitted and reviewed to allow an application for the CITY COMMISSION Permit to allow the partial release of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenant. Approval of the REQUEST for the partial release of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenant by the CITY COMMISSION, shall be required prior to the issuance of the Building Permit for the following folio numbers and street addresses: - 01-0101-060-1120, 1120 NW 1 ST Avenue and 1022 NW IST Avenue; - 01-0101-060-1150, 1012 N W IST Avenue; - 01-0101-060-1190, 1000 N W IST Avenue; Note: 1.
