Background Information: The Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT") has jurisdiction over State Road 933/NW 12th Avenue from NW 7th Street to NW 15th Street. FDOT has drafted design plans for beautification improvements on this roadway and the City has agreed to maintain these improvements in perpetuity.
