For your review, we have attached our Cost Estimate for the City Hall Job reflecting this. We wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue with a positive outcome so as to achieve the main goal of Hope Center, providing handicapped personnel with meaningful employment. Based on our current costs, we could service City Hall at a monthly rate of $5,700.00 per month. Please note that Hope Center's major problem with the City of Miami's new Bid Requirements is that under the Living Wage Requirement, Hope Center is being required to pay their handicapped personnel at the equivalent rate that the normal janitors make. As you know Hope Center's principal objective is to provide handicapped personnel with meaningful employment which was the primary objective of our Janitorial Services.
