Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of LAS BRISAS DE VARADERO, which is located
along the South side ofN.W. 7 Street West of N.W. 47s` Avenue.
'urpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat LAS BRISAS DE
VARADERO and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to create one (1) tract of land
for a multi -family residential building.
The proposed record plat entitled LAS BRISAS DE VARADERO, which includes the closure and
vacation of a portion of the 18 -foot wide alley and the six-foot wide utility easement of TAY BOB
SUBDMSION — Part NO, 3 as recorded in Plat Book 60 at Page 32, is a replat and subdivision of the
property described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) tract of land
and an alley containing approximately 22,961 square feet (0.53 +/- of an acre). It is zoned C-1.
