A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Maintenance Agreement with the Florida
Department of Transportation for the maintenance of State Road 9/Southwest 27th Avenue from
Southwest -28'h Lane to Southwest Sts Street, Miami, Florida.
Background Information:
The Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT') has jurisdiction over State Road 9/Southwest
27th Avenue from Southwest 28th Lane to Southwest a Street. FDOT has drafted design plans for
beautification improvements on this roadway and the City has agreed to maintain these improvements
in perpetuity.
