The public is advised of the proposed amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s)indicated below: * t $: 1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of City of Miami Department of Community Development ("CD") CDBG program income funds in the amount of $60,000 to Action Community Center, Inc. for public service activities to provide elderly transportation. 2. Discussion and proposed resolution requesting approval for the sale of the City of Miami owned property located at 1436 Northwest 61St Street to Denise Pinnock. ' The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to draft/ amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan. f This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins Tuesday, December 15, 2009 and ends Wednesday, January 13, 2010. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, January 14, 2010 (public hearing). # Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami Department of Community Development office located at 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33130. Comments to the amendments must be submitted in writing to: 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33130: Attn: Natasha T. Bordes, and must be received no later than January 13, 2010. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped.
