Re: Request for SNPB Series 05 Specified/Per Capita Contract extension and
scope change for African Square Park.
Dear Ms. Rubert:
The purpose of this letter is to request a contract extension of the Series 05
Specified/Per Capita agreement to June 2010. In addition, the City of Miami
respectfully requests a scope change for the African Square Park project to install new
floors within the existing recreation building and provide additional site furnishings and
play equipment throughout the Park. The available balance of $22,400 will be budgeted
as noted in the attached modified exhibit no. 1,
The City will be scheduling formal approval of this request in the January 2010 City
Commission meeting so that you may proceed to amend the SNPB Ordinance.
We appreciate your consideration of this request so that we may proceed with the new
improvements plan for African Square Park.
