Atlas of Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Article 4,
Section 401, Schedule of District Regulations, by
changing the zoning classification from R-3
Multifamily Medium -Density Residential to C-1
Restricted Commercial for the property located at
approximately 500 Northwest South River Drive,
Miami, Florida; making findings; containing a
severability clause; and proving for an effective date.

RECOMMENDATION Approval.

PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD Recommended approval to City Commission on
September 16, 2009 by a vote of 7-0.
CITY COMMISSION Passed First Reading on October 22, 2009.
NOTE(S) On October 22, 2009, the City Commission also
passed on First Reading the companion Land Use
Change; however, that item is no longer required
because it has been resolved by land use changes
presented and approved by the City Commission, as
part of Miami 21.
