Re: Village Carver MUSP Substantial Amendment
Dear Teresita:
Please accept the following as our request to appear before the Zoning Board on
November 9, 2009 for consideration of the two Special Exceptions included in our proposed
Substantial Amendment to an approved Major Use Special Permit ("MUSP") for the Village
Carver project. In addition, we would like to request to be scheduled to appear before the
Planning Advisory Board at its scheduled meeting on November 18, 2009. This request Would
allow for the project to receive final approval prior to the January expiration of the permit for
the first phase. The reason for this request is, as you may be aware, this project is a federally
subsidized affordable housing project which requires that the aforementioned deadlines be met.
