Through that letter, City of DALLAS Miami, pursuant to Resolution 09-020, requested our firm to look further into utilizing CBE's in our DENVER Marlins Stadium Site Parking. We fully appreciate the City of Miami Commission, specifically rORT WORTH Commissioner Spence )ones' position, with regards to the participation of Small Business in HONG KONG Government Contracts. Therefore, we thoroughly reviewed the City of Miami RQ # 08-09-017 for the LOS ANGELES MIAMI selection of an A/E Firm during the solicitation process and learned that there was not a specific MINNEAPOLIS requirement to include small businesses as part of the professional services team for this project. OMAHA However, we are pleased to report that we assembled a team ' which five of our six s PHOENIX are Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) firms, which represents 26 -0777 -Tie total fee or $1,232,237.50. SAN ANTONIO We are committing to add an additional CBE firm to the team at a 2% participation level; this will SAN MARCOS increase our CBE participation to 28% oT $1,327,024.96.
