REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
DAYS INN TRACT
LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF N.W.14 STREET
BETWEEN BISCAYNE BOULEVARD AND N.E. 5T" AVENUE
The accompanying Plat entitled DAYS INN TRACT was prepared by Schwebke-Shiskin
& Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded
with a recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal Description.
The area platted consists of one (1) tract containing 79,115.00 square feet (1.816 acres). It
is zoned G-1; SD10; SD19.
(2) The location of the streets and their widths conform to the standards of the Department of
Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Mark Steven Johnson, Registered Surveyor and Mapper, this Plat
complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida.
(4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated N10VOLM signed by
{ V1C�2�2Yv�i�y� C4 Z Attorney, indicates that the fee simple title to the
property platted is correctly vested in Miami Hotel Investments, LTD., a Florida limited
partnership, and that the plat has been correctly executed_
(5) The platted area is encumbered by a mortgage and the mortgage holder has executed the
plat and joined in its dedication.
(6) As a result of a field investigation by the Department of Public Works, it has been
determined that no improvements shall be required at this time. Therefore, this Plat is
forwarded to the City Commission of Miami, Florida, without the usual formality of a contract
and a bond being provided.
(7) The attached Resolution has been prepared for the acceptance of the Plat by the City
Commission of Miami, Florida.
