Allocating funds from the various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, subject to availability of funds and budget approval at the time of need. Background Information: On October 1, 2009, the Purchasing Department issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB 181141). As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued online. On October 19, 2009, at the bid opening, five (5) bidders submitted bids, and the bids were tabulated. The Purchasing Department is recommending award to Medigreen Waste Services, LLC, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, per bid specifications.
