FOR WARRANTY DEEDS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS AND UNITIES OF TITLE, THE OPINION MUST COVER THE TIME PERIOD THROUGH THE DATE OF EXECUTION OF THE DEED, EASEMENT, COVENANT OR UNITY.
