Purpose of Item: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Locally Funded Agreement and a Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT"), for the installation of decorative pedestrian crosswalks along S.R. 5/13rickell Avenue from south of Southeast 25th Road to Southeast 5th Street, Miami, Florida. Background Information: The Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT") has agreed to remove the existing pedestrian crosswalk pavers along Brickell Avenue from south of Southeast 25th Road to Southeast 5th Street, and install decorative pedestrian crosswalks. FDOT will partially fund this project, with the City's contribution estimated at $22,308. Project will be funded utilizing District 2 Quality of Life Funds.
