REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
MARKO ESTATES
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHERLY CORNER OF
SW 7 AVENUE AND SW 26 ROAD

The accompanying Plat entitled MARKO ESTATES was prepared by
Delta Surveyors, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is
forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT.-
(1)
LAT:
(1) The property platted is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal
Description. The area platted consists of two (2) lots containing approximately
18,540 square feet (0.43 ± of an acre). It is zoned R-1.
(2) The location of the streets and their widths. conform to the standards of the
Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Waldo F. Paez, Registered Surveyor and Mapper, this Plat
complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida.
(4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated cAC&�_v- c) I Z 009 , signed
by _�_ jm Q,,ASy . P\ j�-&IrA S , Attorney, indicates that the fee simple
title to the property platted is correctly vested in David Marko and Adriadne
Marko, husband and wife, Linda Diedel, a single woman and Madeleine
Ferguson, a single woman, and that the plat has been correctly executed.
(5) The area platted is encumbered by a mortgage and the mortgage holder has
executed the plat and joined in its dedications.
(6) As a result of a field investigation by the Department of Public Works, it has been
determined that no improvements shall be required at this time. Therefore, this
Plat is forwarded to the City Commission of Miami, Florida, without the usual
formality of a Contract and a Bond being provided.
(7) The attached Resolution has been prepared for the acceptance of the Plat by the
City Commission of Miami, Florida.
