HomeMy WebLinkAboutLegislationrj v City of Miami NF1 " rr iUlYs4,A E8 # se Legislation `1 Resolution File Number: 09-01207 City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 www.miamigov.com Final Action Date: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 07-0485, ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 11, 2007, IN ITS ENTIRETY, WHICH ACCEPTED THE PLAT ENTITLED "JACKSON SOUL", A REPLAT IN THE CITY OF MIAMI. WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 07-0485, on September 11, 2007, accepting the plat entitled "JACKSON SOUL", accepting the dedications shown on said plat, authorizing and directing the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the plat, and provided for the recordation of said plat in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida ('Public Records"); and WHEREAS, Section 55-8(e) (2), of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, requires the owner of the property being platted to cause the recordation of the plat by Miami -Dade County, in the Public Records, within 120 calendar days of the approval of the plat by the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the owners of the JACKSON SOUL plat property did not cause the recordation of the said plat by Miami -Dade County in the Public Records, within the said 120 calendar days time period; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. Resolution No. 07-0485, adopted September 11, 2007, is rescinded in its entirety. Section 3. The dedications accepted pursuant to Resolution No. 07-0485 are also revoked. Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{1} APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS,, - JULIE 0.
