To adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manaher to accept right-of-way deeds for the expansion of SE 3`a
Street between S. Biscayne Boulevard and SE 3 Avenue, from MDM Retail, LTD, MDM Residences, LTD
and Met 1 Condominium Association.
information:
MDM Retail, LTD, MDM Residences, LTD and Met 1 Condominium, the owners of land at 300 S.E. 31° Street
and 300 S. Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida, have offered to dedicate land as public right-of-way to
accomplish the expansion of SE P Street between S. Biscayne Boulevard and SE 3`d Avenue, Miami, Florida.
The Department of Public Works supports the expansion of SE 3`d Street at this location since it is consistent
with the Major Use Special Permits for the "Metropolitan Miami" development issued by the Miami City
Commission.
