The new retention pond and reclaim system. — $800K 2. Yard repaving and speed bumps. - $70K 3. New grates over drainage pits. - $5K 4. City storm water drains cleaned. —190K 5. New central mixer drum. - $120K 6. Plant painted. - $46K 7. New sprinkler system. - $10K 8. New landscaping. - $25K 9. New speed belt structure. (Belt, rollers, head pulley, tail pulley, frame work etc.) - $40K 10. New water holding tank for batch water. - $10K 11. New dust collector on cement scale. - $10K 12. 2 New dust collectors on cement bins. (This was done before I arrived 2 years ago but they are new) -$20K 13. Repaved the street in front and back of the plant (NE 17th St and NE 161h St) - $100K 14. State of the art security system. - $10K 15. New hydraulic pump - $12K 16.
