CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting on Jnr Ty _Ty 23, 20, Item No- 3, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 2006-1119 , y a vote of eight to zero (8-0), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set forth, and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration of this matter, deerns it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forlh, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA. Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Ordinance are adopted by reference, and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No 1 1900, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the amity of Miami, Florida Article 4, Section 401, Schedule of District Regulations. is amended by changing the zoning classification from "R-3" Multifamiiy Medium -Density Residential to "SD -16.1" Southeast Overtown-Park West Commercial -Residential Distr;c,, for the properties located at approximately 1129. 1145 1151 and 1159 Northwest 1st Court, 1150 Northwest 1st Avenue, 100 Northwest 12th Street and 105 and 113 Northwest 11th Terracc.
