Beau Payne "1) Requiring publicly accessible riverwalks consistent with the Chair of Marine Council Mr. Phil Everingham minimum adopted Miami River Greenway Action Plan standards of a Executive Director of Downtown 20 foot-wide greenway, featuring a 16-foot wide unobstructed Development Authority pedestrian path and a 4-foot wide passive zone with landscaping, Designee: Mr. A.
