Bru, City. .Attornoy-'�`` DATE: November 2, 2009 RE: Scrivener's Error- City Commission Meeting, October 22, 2009 Resolution No. 09 -0497 -Relating to authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Gallagher Basset Services, Inc. for the provision of workers compensation claims ad -ministration services, and general, automobile and professional liability claims administration services. File No. 09-01113 it Resolution No. 09-0497, adopted October 22, 2009, contains a scrivener's error in the fourth Whereas clause. The expiration of the agreement date currently states "October 26, 2008", and the correct expiration date should be "October 26, 2009".
