RE: Scrivener's Error- City Commission Meeting, October 22, 2009
Resolution No. 09 -0497 -Relating to authorizing the City Manager to execute an
agreement with Gallagher Basset Services, Inc. for the provision of workers
compensation claims ad -ministration services, and general, automobile and
professional liability claims administration services.
File No. 09-01113

Resolution No. 09-0497, adopted October 22, 2009, contains a scrivener's error in the fourth
Whereas clause.
The expiration of the agreement date currently states "October 26, 2008", and the correct
expiration date should be "October 26, 2009".
Hie legislation has been revised to reflect this change.
