Background Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a citywide contract for Commercial Records Management Services. On August 12, 2009, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation for Bid No. 163131. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued online. On September 10, 2009, at the bid opening, four (4) bidders, submitted responses, to the City through online and/or hard copy submission processes and the bids have been tabulated. GRM Information Management Services submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid per specifications and is therefore recommended for the award.
