This is an Ordinance to amend the City Code authorizing the increase of various fees throughout the
Code.
Background Information:
In FY 2009 the City conducted a fee study that analyzed all of the City fees and the associate cost to
provide the service. The outcome demonstrated that the City's fee schedule was outdated and did not
reflect the proper fees in conjunction with the specific City services. Due to these findings the City is
recommending to increase its fee schedule so that it properly demonstrates the correct fee(s) for the
service(s) rendered.
