Commission authorization for the addendum to the Professional Services Agreement with Brown & Brown of
Florida, Inc. regarding Owner Controlled Insurance Program to provide for an Owner Controlled Insurance
Program for the municipal parking garage project and other related capital improvements to be located in the
proximity of 1501 N.W. 3`d Street in Miami, FL .
Background Information:
An Addendum to the professional services agreement of Brown and Brown of Florida, Inc. and the City of
Miami regarding Owner Controlled Insurance Program between the City of Miami and Brown and Brown of
Florida, Inc. to provide for an Owner Controlled Insurance Program ("OCIP") for the municipal parking garage
project (the project) to be located in the proximity of 1501 N.W. 3RD Street in Miami, Florida, for a fee not to
exceed $625,000.
