Chief, Bureau of Child Nutrition Programs SUBJECT: Reimbursement Rates Effective July 1, 2009 The USDA has announced the new meal reimbursement rates and cash -in -lieu of commodities rate. Below are the Child Care Food Program reimbursement rates for meals effective from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
