JUSTIFICATION:
A Resolution of the Miami City Commission accepting the bid from Austin's Diving Center, Inc.,
the sole responsive and responsible bidder, for the procurement of scuba diving equipment and
accessories -on -a citywidebasis, as -needed contractual -basis, -for an initial- contract period of one
(1) year, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods; allocating funds
from the various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, subject to the
availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need.
HOW IS THIS ITEM GOING TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE TO THE
CUSTOMER / CITIZENS?
Necessary to continue supplying scuba gears and accessories to equip the police and fire
departments for appropriate service delivery.
