Request: AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH
ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING PAGE NO, 21, OF THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT
REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "I"
INDUSTRIAL TO "C-1" RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to "C-1" Restricted Commercial.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Note(s): The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval to City Commission of the Land
Use Change on February 18, 2009 by a vote of 5-3.
Zoning Board: Continued from the Zoning Board hearing of March 9, 2009. Made a motion to
approve, which failed, constituting a recommendation of denial to City
Commission on April 13, 2009 by a vote of 3-3.
City Commission: Continued on June 25, 2009.
