RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL WITH AN SD -29 HISTORIC

Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial with an SD -29
Historic Lemon City/Little Haiti Village Special Overlay District.
