HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Works AnalysisPUBLIC WORKS ANALYSIS FOR VACATION AND CLOSURE OF EASEMENT AS DESCRIBED IN "EXHIBIT A LOCATED BETWEEN DOUGLAS ROAD AND SW 38TH AVENUE AND BETWEEN PEACOCK AVENUE AND SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY The Plat and Street Committee has reviewed the tentative plat of "Douglas Road Station Vintage (Second Resubmittal)" and determined that all technical requirements contained in the Miami City Code Subdivision Regulations have been met and has approved the tentative plat. The Plat and Street Committee has further considered the criteria contained in the Subdivision Regulations of the City Code concerning the vacation and closure of the easement as described in "Exhibit A" and has voted unanimously in favor (6-0) of this vacation and closure request, subject to adequate parking being reserved for rapid transit use within any new development on the property.
