Subject: Placement of Billboard in Grapeland Park
Purpose of Item:
A resolution of the Miami City Commission authorizing the placement of a billboard within
Grapeland park; authorizing the City Manager to execute a license agreement, and all
necessary documents for this purpose, in a form acceptable to the city attorney.
Background Information:
The location of the proposed billboard will be located on City property in Grapeland Park. It
is presently zoned C-1. This location is proposed by CBS Outdoor as one of the required
billboard permits specified in the Settlement Agreement.
