A resolution of the Miami City Commission authorizing the placement of billboards within
park limits at Jose Marti Park, Robert King High Park, and Overtown Plaza; authorizing the
City Manager to execute a license agreement, and all necessary documents, in a form
acceptable to the city attorney
and Information:
Per City Ordinance file number 08-00531 these are three proposed billboards in City Parks.
The locations are presently zoned park. The billboard locations are proposed by CBS
Outdoor as three of the required billboard permits specified in the Settlement Agreement.
