Background Information: The City of Miami Fire Department desires to collaborate with Miami -Dade County Public Schools ("MDCPS") and Technical Career Institute ("TCP') in the implementation of the proposed Emergency Medical Services Cadet Academy at a ("MDCPS") school of choice. The EMS Cadet Academy program provides an opportunity for qualified students to receive academic and clinical training to obtain an EMT certification upon successful completion of the EMS Cadet Program.
