Discussion and proposed resolution accepting the Section 3 Plan. Discussion and proposed resolution requesting to HUD a waiver of CDBG Conflict of Interest provisions. The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to draft/ amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan. t This itam(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins Tuesday, August 11, 2009 and ends Wednesday, September 9, 2009. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, September 10, 2009 (public hearing). $ Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami Department of Community Development office located at 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33130. Comments to the amendments must be submitted in writing to: 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33130: Attn: Natasha T. Bordes, and must be received no later than September 9, 2009. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped.
