A Resolution authorizing the renewal of the term of the Lease with Scott R. McNary and Betty
McNary (owners) of 1150 S.W. 22nd Street and The Urban Search and Rescue ("USAR") ("Lessee").
Background Information:
Pursuant to Resolution 07-0117, adopted March 8th, 2007, The City of Miami entered into a Lease
with Scott R. McNary and Betty McNary, for the use of 3,900 square feet of office space and related)
parking areas located at 1150 S.W. 22nd Street, ("Lessee"). The City exercises the first option tol
renew said lease, for a one (1) year term, upon the same terms and conditions of the Lease, allocating)
funds from approved Urban Search and Rescue Grant upon acceptance and approval of The City
Commission; allocating monthly rent of $8,089.43 and a total annual rent of $97,073.16.
