A RESOLUTION OF THE HISTORIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION BOARD
("HEPB") OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, DENYING THE APPEAL OF THE DECISION
ISSUED BY CITY OF MIAMI CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT CONCERNING THE
DENIAL OF A TREE REMOVAL PERMIT FOR 2110 BRICKELL AVENUE, AFTER FINDING
THIS DECISION TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE CRITERIA FOR TREE REMOVAL SET
FORTH IN ARTICLE 8.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, WITH THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
1. The contractor shall continue to make their best efforts to save the tree (identified as tree #1
on architectural plans) or pay into the Tree Trust Fund, at the current rate charged for tree
removal as set forth in Chapter 8.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2ND DAY OF JUNE 2009.
