A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION SCHEDULING A SPECIAL
CITY COMMISSION MEETING TO TAKE PLACE ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2009 AT 10
AM TO FILL THE DISTRICT FOUR VACANCY AND RE -APPOINT COMMISSIONER
TOMAS REGALADO UNTIL THE CITY OF MIAMI ELECTIONS ON NOVEMBER 3,
2009.
Section 1. A Special City Commission Meeting to fill the District Four vacancy and re -appoint
Commissioner Tomas Regalado until the City of Miami elections on November 3, 2009, is hereby
scheduled to take place on September 4, 2009 at 10 AM.
Section 2. This administrative act shall become effective immediately.
