Background Information: Clear Channel is one of three billboard companies that have entered into a Settlement Agreement with the City of Miami. Since the approval of the Settlement Agreement in 2004, Clear Channel has removed an estimated 211 billboard structures within the City of Miami. The City has been negotiating with Clear Channel for the removal of an additional 13 structures within the City of Miami, in exchange for 3 LED faces to be placed on a specific structure.
