Good afternoon Maria;
This is just to recap on our conversation earlier today.
After reviewing the scope/budget changes with the attorney the following were determined:
SCOPE CHANGE APPROVED BY THE SNP COMMITTEE
* Curtis Park- 2005 Specified: the elements of `vita course, pour in place and walkways" are not part of
the project per the SNP .Ordinance. In order for the County to execute this change the City must submit a
resolution reflecting these changes. This requires the Board of County Commissioners approval.
SCOPE CHANGE PENDING COMMITTEE'S REVIEW
* Lummus Park Historical & Cultural Village- 2005 Specified: the removal of "renovations at the Historic
Wagner House & Fort Dallas Barracks" and budgeting most of the funds for "improvements in the
recreation building" does not comply with the Ordinance. This request will not be placed on the SNP
committee agenda until the City submits a resolution.

NEW PROCEDURES FOR SCOPE/BUDGET CHANGES
Effective immediately, there are new procedures for submitting requests for scope/budget changes. The Office of Capital
Improvements requires all changes to be in the format outlined in the pdf file (attached). If the change does not comply with

the Ordinance, a resolution with the new project scope is required prior to the SNP committee's consideration.
