After reviewing the scope/budget changes with the attorney the following were determined: SCOPE CHANGE APPROVED BY THE SNP COMMITTEE * Curtis Park- 2005 Specified: the elements of `vita course, pour in place and walkways" are not part of the project per the SNP .Ordinance. In order for the County to execute this change the City must submit a resolution reflecting these changes. This requires the Board of County Commissioners approval. SCOPE CHANGE PENDING COMMITTEE'S REVIEW * Lummus Park Historical & Cultural Village- 2005 Specified: the removal of "renovations at the Historic Wagner House & Fort Dallas Barracks" and budgeting most of the funds for "improvements in the recreation building" does not comply with the Ordinance. This request will not be placed on the SNP committee agenda until the City submits a resolution.
