Therefore the prior scope, Purchase and install playground and vita course equipment is still in effect. With this new scope change request: Vita course equipment, PIP for vita course, flagpole, upgrades to stadium and sound system and upgrades to solar lights system in playground area. **We will need a reso from the City of Miami. Once you have the reso, we need to take the item to the SNP Committee for approval. Once approved by the SNP Committee, I can prepare the ordinance change for BCC approval. 4s for Lummus Park Historical and Cultural Village: The Ordinance states the following: Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to be used as local matching funds for the renovation and adaptive reuse of two historic structures, the Wagner yomestead and the Ft. Dallas Barracks for Lummus Park. f the City still wishes the scope change that was submitted to Marcia back on June 11, 2008 (see attached email) Scope: Delete renovations at the Historic Wagner House, Fort Dallas Barracks and he recreation buildings. Change scope to: Irrigation, sodding 6 shade trees, benches, trash rec, ,wing set & PIP, play structure climber play structure. *We will need a reso from the City of Miami. Once you have the reso, we need to take the item to he SNP Committee for approval. Once approved by the SNP Committee, I can prepare the rdinance change for BCC approval. As for Virginia Key Beach Park: Our County Attorney's office is in the process of preparing the ordinance change. Once approved, I will send you an amended contract with the new scope change.
