between Miami -Dade County, through Miami -Dade County Homeless Trust and City of
Miami for the above referenced grant.
Please carefully review the Agreements as well as the attachments. Following your
review, complete and sign all three (3) original Agreements and all applicable
attachments and return to the Homeless Trust Please note Attachment "A" U.S. HUD
Renewal Grant Agreement will be executed simultaneously with this Subrecipient
Agreement
