Background Information: On July 28, 2005, the City Commission accepted the bid of Envirowaste Services Group, Inc.I pursuant to Resolution No. 05-0446, for the project entitled "Citywide Outfall Cleaning Project" for a two year period in the annual amount not to exceed $199,995, for a total contract amount of $399,990. The Contract provided an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year period, however, the Resolution did not properly allocate the funds for the available option years. This is a housekeeping item to retroactively exercise the options to renew and allocate funding in the amount of $199,995 for each option year, for a total contract amount during the optional years of $399,990.
