Dade County Public Schools
Purpose of Item:
A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to establish an Affiliating Agreement between the City
Miami, Department of Fire -Rescue and the Miami -Dade County Public Schools ("MDCPS").
Background Information:
Miami -Dade County Public Schools provides emergency medical services training programs for
students and periodically desires to provide students in such programs with clinical training,
experience by utilizing appropriate facilities and personnel of the City of Miami, Department of Fire -
Rescue.
