Re; Request for Modification to Declaration of Restrictions
1249,1265 Coral Way; and 1252,1262,1272 SW 21St Terrace, Miami, FL
This law firm represents Ive Group One, LC the Owner of the property
that is the subject of the referenced Declaration. of Restrictions. The Applicant is
requesting an amendment to the Declaration of Restrictions in order to allow the
development of a hotel on the property.
Last year the Owner proffered a Declaration of Restrictions which is
recorded at Official Records Book 26430, Page 1115, in conjunction with the City
Commission approval of the rezoning of a potion of the property. The Owner's
proposed amendment will allow the development of the property in accordance
with revised plans enclosed herewith, subject to the City of Miami Zoning
Board's approval of a Special Exception to allow a hotel on the Property.
We hereby request that this proposed modification be scheduled on the
next available City Commission agenda. Enclosed is the proposed Amendment
to Declaration of. Restrictions for your review. Please note that the proposed
